I brought together 20 black and African professionals who have spent over 20 years living in the UAE and one of the things that stood out is the revolutionary transformation that has occurred in Dubai real estate in the last 20 years. In 2021, Dubai real estate broke a 12-year record in terms of the value of real estate sales transactions, with properties worth Dhs151.07bn sold. There were a total of 61,241 real estate sales transactions that took place, the highest since 2013. Investors have benefitted from ROIs between 7-10% as a result of the Dubai EXPO and other industries in Dubai have been booming inspite of the Pandemic. Africa was a very important market, with a lot of new investors coming on board from Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Egypt, Morocco and other African countries. 1. As An Investor: With as low as 25,000 dollars, you can become a Dubai real estate investor today. Sobha Realty curranty has about 5 projects running in the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, the new downtown Dubai named by the Sheikh himself where a mall 3 times bigger than Dubai Mall and a tower bigger than Burj Khalifa are being constructed. With Waterfront apartments from 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom villas available, you can immediately become a home owner in Dubai whether to live or to invest. With great payment plans, you can jump into this high demand market today. 2. As an International Partner making high commissions by referring customers: Tapping into the importance of the African market, Sobha has launched Sobha Connect, a partnership that enables individual and corporate partners to become Dubai Real Estate Resellers earning between 100,000 to 10,000,000 dollars yearly. Our model is heavily partner driven and last year we paid out more than 10,000,000 dollars to partners. This could be you. Show less
