I worked together with Ieva at the State Chancellery's Communication department. Ieva is a project manager that anyone would be happy to work with or for as Ieva has a "get s*** done" attitude. She is relentless, curious, and sharp minded, which are qualities that can get any project moving that Ieva sets her sight on. Her attention to detail and not being afraid to ask important questions is golden. I was Ieva’s direct manager for approximately 5 months during her presence at our school as client service specialist. At every day’s process Ieva displayed a high level of energy, creativity and carefulness in every task she undertook. As well as working in a team and fulfilling tasks in individual approach - she proved herself as a valuable addition to our organisation.
