  As a bar supervisor at Revolucion de Cuba Manchester I have been able to hone my skills in an intense, customer facing, high paced environment. These skills include teamworking, leading a team towards a common goal and integrating new starts to form a cohesive team capable of reacting to the changing work environment on any given day. I have also been able to learn correct cash handling procedure whilst working behind the bar as a cash supervisor as well as liaising with various managers in order to accomplish a successful service.

  I worked at JL Group as an apprentice administration in order to complete my Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. Following my time as an apprentice, I was invited to join the company as a full time administration assistant, later stepping down to part time before I resigned my position in order to attend the University of Salford. My key roles in day to day operations included speaking with customers over the phone and via email, and then liaising with various suppliers using the same means of communication in order to fulfil both print and stationery orders. Whilst here I also dealt with basic system generated invoicing and honed my skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, by producing costing models for the directors of the company.
