my role here was to follow wiring diagrams to complete harnesses and wire looms varying in shapes and sizes. looms and harnesses were completed using soldering and crimping techniques where i worked to specific soldering standard and worked within deadlines and tolerances to fit the customers specification. i am currently a trainer at Seda where i train and assist people with their work, teaching them the safety procedures of the machine, the qualities we look for in our product, working as part of a team and building their confidence and knowledge of the job. I was an electrical apprentice for two years.My main roles were fitting the components and materials to the back sheet of the panel and then wiring up the components following wiring and schematic diagrams. as part of my training i attended a NDGTA training center where i worked towards achieving NVQ level 2 in electrical engineering. mechanical and electronics engineering where also part of this qualification.
