I had the opportunity to work with Ido for ~16 months during an upgrade project for a customer in Israel. It was a challenging project, and a challenging customer. Ido was able to effectively and professionally manage his team, while working with a schedule that was being modified on a regular basis, and a project SOW that was also changing as the project progressed. Ido is driven to succeed by his attention to detail, high level of customer service, and the need to be fair and consistent in his approach to team management.
