Lead on implementation of Maintenance Performance Framework in Toyo Tyre Standard and keep up the maintenance activities as par as other world class manufacturing. • Responsible for keeping the whole factory complies with all standards (ISO 45001;2018, ISO 14001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and others • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure the preventative maintenance is carried out without any deviation. • Reviews the operation of equipment with appropriate personnel to identify maintenance issues in the areas of Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction. • Reviews Key Performance Indicators KPIs (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) to make recommendations for improving production efficiency. Experience new machine and installation project • Responsible for the installation of new Curing machine about 25 units. Also coordinate for installation of new trimming machine, UNF, DBL, color line painter machine and boiler. • Planning, coordinate installation and commissioning of new 25 units curing machine such as checking electrical panel and PLC Mitshubishi program such as manual operation and automation operation. For mechanical parts are piping condition such as hydraulic system, pneumatic, SV, steam, N2 and curing press. • Planning, coordinate, do calibration for instrument and machine part at TTM.
