Bio
David Baxter
I have known Suman for a number of years. He is a very skilled and insightful person who enjoys collaborating with consultants from around the world on development projects. I have recently collaborated with him on the topic of how PPPs have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic globally. It has been a very productive collaboration. We have already produced one webinar on the pandemics impact on Tourism and PPPs. We hope to do some more webinars over the next few months and continue our overall collaboration indefinitely.

It has been a pleasure to partner with Suman TImsina over the past three years. We have worked together n a range fo development programs, training activities and humanitarian engagements. We have partnered together in an effort to change the future for Nepalis with physical disabilities while building the accessible tourism market to help grow the economy. We have worked with African parliamentarians to discuss governance, leadership, social engagement and the dynamics of foreign relations. Together we have addressed efforts to expand disaster risk reduction and capacity building in Nepal, particularly in the area of emergency medicine. I have counted on Suman for his sage counsel and thoughtful analysis. He is more than an expert on Nepal, he is an engaged and dynamic leader who has been a model of professionalism in all that he does. A better partner I could not have asked for and, for the many young Nepalis he has engaged, a wonderful mentor as well.
