      Coordinate plan and schedule with related disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation) in Strategic National Project at Gas Processing Facility and Offsite Wellpad Jambaran Tiung Biru Project. As a Coordinator Reporting & Scheduler of Maintenance, i should be responsible to prepare schedule for maintenance activity, manpower plotting, and also supporting document like Maintenance Procedure Development, Instruction of Manual, Work Method and Isolation Certifiate (if required) the maintenance activity refer to time based interval maintenance period (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually Program Maintenance) and all of the equipment passed the Mechanical Run Test/Mechanical Completion or handover from Pre-Commissioning phase to Commissioning phase. But sometimes, need to be ready the unplanned activity that usually comes from notificaton SAP/CMMS form or report by field operation. Arrange the weekly meeting to evaluate our 1WLA that has been done (Schedule vs Actual, Update Maintenance Findings, Update Backlog and etc.). Have to routine surveillance and monitoring check the abnormal or anomaly condition by equipment. and also, must be responsible to support Field Operation to maintain Production keep it running especially in Utilities area. For the example, The Electricity Equipment consist of Power Transformer, MV/LV Switchgear, UPS, Lighting & Small Distribution Panel, MV/LV Motor & VFD/VSD Panel, HVAC Package, etc.), The Mechanical Equipment consist of Turbine Generator & Compressor System, IA/N2 Compressor & Generator System, Blower System and other rotating & static equipment.       Executing planning and leading to inviting Owner to join the Walkdown/Walktrhough after Construction Certificate was Completed. Preparation monitoring and sell all Electrical system and subsystem equipment to Client to gain the System Completion refer to Monitoring Tools Management (ex. C-System). Then prepare documentation for the purpose Milestone such us Livening Up Notice (LUN), Checksheet for Construction (CC) and Checksheet for Pre-Commissioning (e.g. Vendor Document, Site Acceptance Test, SoloRun Test etc.), Disciline Construction Completed Certifitace (DCCC) & SubSystem Construction Completed Certificate (SSCCC) and Commisioning Certificate (COM) until signing with the Client. Review engineering detail design and giving feedback to engineering if found some findings from field activity. And also, Assist Electrical Pre-Commissioning Activity Function Test, Solorun Test, and Commissioning Activity such us receiving power substation upstream to downstream equipment.       Join the routine inspections every 3 times a week and noted some findings if any part of equipment should be replace and report to field distribution departement or Internship Supervisor. Assist to preparation tools & material for troubleshoot activity like rectify power connection panel continuity cable, megger test trafo before install to permanent line power, record parameter switchgear and compare to SCADA system, monitoring from feeder/cubicle if found anomaly condition, and Setting/install relay protection in each substations that have worn out protection devices and the must to update. Assist and support PLN Special Team called PDKB to troubleshoot and upgrade power transformer capacity because overload power in that area to serve electricity distribution system fulfilled.
