  In my first year in Sekolah Cikal, I taught Science for MYP. A task that requires creativity and passion as the job requires designing effective teaching methods and assessments to be delivered to young adults. Being equipped with knowledge and experience from the previous school has helped me make this year through.In the second year, aside from teaching Science for MYP, I got offered to teach IBDP Chemistry. To me, this was another opportunity that helped me expand my knowledge and techniques in teaching. Teaching IBDP has challenged me to not only strengthen the chemistry content, but also effectively guide the students to design and write scientific reports.In my third and fourth year in Sekolah Cikal, there were many more opportunities given for me to learn amidst teaching. Being Personal Project supervisor, Extended Essay supervisor has opened new insight for me. But, the most memorable moment in these two years experience was being the Year Level Coordinator for grade 11 and 12.   HighScope is a place to learn. During my years here, I taught Science for grade 8-9 multiage class. In HighScope I learned the concept of Project Based Learning, Assessments, Differentiation Strategies and Understanding by Designs intensely. Being able to apply the concept continuously in my classes has helped me to strengthen the concept and teaching skills. Clearly, the knowledge and experience I had from HighScope has shifted my paradigm, taught me to be more creative, and enriched me with various teaching methods that fun and effectively applied in class.
