Idette is not only supremely organised but a very personal Project Manager. In our joint project creating online training she brought her Instructional Design expertise to the table (as well as her PM skills). She shows a very unique combination of creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, high editorial standards and, of course, Project Management expertise.

I have worked with Idette on more than one occasion while at Canon and given the opportunity would do so again without any hesitation. I was fortunate enough to have her project manage all our eLearning and major platform projects. Her expertise in project management and instructional design is obvious by the success she ensured for each of these projects. Idette was always consistent, professional, approachable, organised, logical, and friendly.
