We have developed and apply machine learning algorithms in order to understand the data coming both from public on-line and private corporate sources. What sets us apart: - our search engine that indexes relevant and accurate multi-modal data from various on-line and off-line sources. - our platform that is based on the idea of signals that detect patterns in the data as they occur. Signals can be derived from different domains: language processing, physics, networks. - we combine signals, data, graphs and tables that give to the point facts and answers to essential business questions such as: what is the trend of some standard metrics like the buzz and the media share; how a crisis evolves and what is an estimation of its trajectory; what is the influence of a specific source; what is the diffusion of a link; can I assess the risk of a campaign ambassador; how can I quickly estimate the impact of an event on the triangle my brand – my competition – my domain; - our platform includes a command & response bot that listens to commands that can be expressed in natural language and returns relevant answers. Some of the commands are flat, while others follow hard-coded conversation flows in order to respond to more complex natural language queries. - we have developed sophisticated technology from the fields of information extraction and retrieval, natural language processing, machine learning and digital signal processing in order to answer our customers' business questions while hiding the complexity of the technology.
