I had the honor of supervising Idan while working as a Call Centers Manager in Netvision. Beyond Idan’s previous IT experience, his managerial and organizational skills were much needed. Initially upon hiring Idan, he was recruited for a challenging project: a support help desk for our client, an international logistics corporation. I was confident enough to let Idan run this project almost independently, as he showed responsibility and experience. This exemplary work ethic was observed during his very first weeks in the company. While learning the job, he also helped in staffing candidates, build the new help-desk’s knowledge base, ran meetings with the client and much more.
