Ida worked as an Intern at our Company B4 from August - October 2021. She is creative, hard working, diligent and dedicated and at the same time both modest and knows when to ask questions. We could not ask for more. We all experienced her as a very considerate and compassionate person. She takes what she knows and applies it, but also embraces new ideas and knowledge. We were lucky to have her! Nigel Iyer - CEO of B4.

Founder Institute is the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator. I worked at the Fin-Tech and Ed-Tech company B4 Investigate, which specializes in recognizing and resolving fraud early. The cost of fraud is estimated to be 6.4% of the world's GDP. SDG 16 (Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions) includes fighting corruption and increasing transparency. I created and conducted a quantitative study which focused on top Norwegian organizations and their perception of fraud. I analyzed the behavioral mechanisms derived from the survey results. I worked closely with one of the founders, which provided additional insight into leadership and CRM. I worked in an international environment with team members from Sweden, the UK, Iran and the US.
