Ida definitely lives up to her slogan of "getting you out of pain...naturally"! I was doubled up in agony with sciatic pain...and was particularly concerned as I was due to give a talk that evening. Ida not only straightened me up - with the minimum of fuss - but her expertise made me forget that I'd ever been in pain at all. While she's gentle, kind (and really importantly, doesn't give you a lecture about poor posture!), she certainly knows how to get the job done...speedily, efficiently, and very cost effectively.
