Ida was a fantastic asset to GiG over her tenure, coming from a role as Site Manager and joining the Product Team she brought a wealth of knowledge which helped raise the quality of the products she was responsible for, along with wonderful stakeholder management. Her documentation was thorough and would always be there to help out team mates. She strives for perfection and tries to make the lives of everybody around her easier. She is open to share her ideas and thinks very logically when it comes to problem solving. I have no doubt any workplace will flourish with her around, just like her tropical oasis :)
