A consultancy project, conducting market research for multinational companies. My assignment was constructing a market entry strategy for a large insurance company, for the Greek, Turkish, Czech and Slovak markets. My team and I spent four weeks doing desk research and four weeks in Athens, Bratislava and Prague, interviewing industry experts and consumers. I was also in charge of conducting consumer research in four Turkish cities, which I accomplished by recruiting Turkish team members who in total conducted over 300 interviews for us. Based on the data and our analysis, we came up with a market entry strategy for each of the four markets.
