Analyzing & researching credible & relevant references (journals, standards, survey data, books, interviews, etc) to gain a better understanding & insights of a sustainable building concept in order to serve it into products that are easy to be understood & applied for building-industry stakeholders.The products consist of standards & also guidelines that contain metrics to decide whether a building could be categorized as a sustainable building or not, then the derivative products of the standards are evaluating tools and consultation & social services. The evaluating tools are developed for building industry stakeholders in order to quickly & easily give an assessment of building performances, therefore the tools are developed using frameworks that building-industry stakeholders easy to use like Ms. Excel or Web App. The consultation & social services should be done in order to improve the learning curve of a sustainable building concept for building-industry stakeholders and also students who want to know more about a sustainable buildings & also a sustainable lifestyle.
