1. Assisting colleagues in Land Cycle and Costing Cycle to adjust the working paper, including the costing sheet, tailor sheet, and adjust the opening number of the period 1912 of the PBC (provided by client). 2. In responsible for Trust-Fund Confirmations Letter of China Evergrande Group: ✓ At the beginning: Preparation of trust fund confirmation formwork. Collecting and organizing trust-fund information input forms from different subsidiaries of China Evergrande Group. I, of course, had maintained a good communication environment with customers without any misunderstanding. ✓ In mid-term: Update the different status of every confirmation letter every day, and strive to communicate with the colleague in Chengdu Service Delivery Centre (SDC) and colleagues in Evergrande on time. I also communicated with my superior every night with regards to the status of confirmation and make appropriate amendments or adjust the plan according to the leadership's prompt. ✓ At the end of the period: Conducting a vacancy check and fill-in procedure that whether there is any confirmation should be issued but not issued yet, then contact our clients. Prepared the working paper for all the confirmations and deal with some difficulties such as rejected, or implement alternative procedures.
