Ibrahim completed 3 days of work experience at GreaterSport in August 2018. During this time he completed a range of tasks to support the Workforce Team. He had the ability to use his own initiative to complete tasks required to a high standard. He had the confidence and skills to ensure he engaged with all members of team, even though he was with us for a short period of time. I have no doubt he has a great future ahead of him and I look forward to seeing how it develops.

Generally speaking, I score every Sunday during the cricket season. My duties include facilitating the scoreboard as well as managing the scorecard of the game. After the game I upload the score to CRIC HQ for everyone to see. Generally speaking, I score every Sunday during the cricket season. I completed a 3-day work experience at Greater Sport within the workforce area. During my time, I learned a variety of essential working aspects; one of which was website development. The link provided shows what I made on the website. In order to make this I initially had to make a table on Microsoft Excel with all the sports recognised by Sport England, links to their websites and their coaching awards. Furthermore, I created a Microsoft Word document that contained all the coaching opportunities the sport provided. Then I had to design the word document to make it suitable for the website. I did this by adding the GreaterSport logo, pictures of stick men playing sports and hyperlinking the coaching opportunities. Additionally, I had to add a section on the official Greater Sport website under the name of NGB awards and write a short description of what I had created. Another task I completed, was using the SWOT technique (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) in order to analyse the Volunteer Inspire Programme created by Greater Sport.

During my time at Caldershaw Primary School, I did many things. One of which includes tending for nursery children. This shows a clear sign of my tolerance in the work environment. Furthermore, I helped out with Year 4s by assisting them with their work and providing support. During my time at Caldershaw Primary School, I did many things.
