I worked almost like a general practitioner (compulsory community service in Iraq) with responsibility of providing primary health care service in a small town for people of different ages and backgrounds with a variety of complaints e.g. looking after old people , paediatrics and pregnant ladies as well dealing with trauma patients and victims of the hostile environment around that town. The post necessitated to implicate what we had learnt in FY1 as well as showing leadership skills, good communication with simple people of low socioeconomic class and managing a centre with all its challenges.
