  1- Being a member in the commissioning project team for three production lines:- - CUP CAKE PRODUCTION LINE (Launching 7 products) - BISCUIT SANDWICH PRODUCTION LINE (Launching 3 products) - SHELL MOLDING LINE (Launching 2 products) 2- Responsible for manpower distribution with efficient way to match the manpower cost/ton. 3- Optimizing weekly and daily production plan & following up the process orders as per the plan. 4- Scheduling the weekly production plan with changeover timing to ensure the accurate plan adherence. 5- Organizing the weekly plan of cleaning & sanitation for the production lines. 6- Aligning with the logistics team for the availability of RM & PAK materials before starting the weekly production plan. 7- Monitor the monthly manpower cost (regular hours & overtime hours) and making comparison with the previous months to maintaining the cost reduction targets. 8- Provide the daily production reports (Plan adherence - OEE - Scrap% - Rework% - BDs - RCAs - QC issues) to the plant manger. 9- Monthly KPI's report with the corrective actions for missed ones and assessment plan for all planned actions. 10- Reviewing the shift handover with the required manpower & initiating short meeting between the shift leader to check the targets (Safety, Quality, Absents, Productivity, BDs). 11- Developing RCA for each breakdown with the maintenance to maintain the machine reliability. 12- Complete TPM Facilitators training. 13- 5S & safety pillar leader during the TPM implementation. 14- Initiating the cake products cost on the SAP: - Create the product BOM ( from RAW materials to PAK materials). - Create the SF levels. - Create the routing (Manpower + Work center + Line capacity). - Create the production version (linking the created product with production line). Also, create RPL for the materials & posting the FGs. 15- GMP tour on daily basis to ensure the food safety & maintain the factory hygiene level, also to match the SFDA requirements. Show less
