  Lead the implementation of the EU-project “Strengthening local governance structures for more accountable and inclusive Federal Member States in support of the Wadajir national framework, phase I & II”Assist in the design, development and implementation of both phase I & II of the projects.Lead in the coordination of project activities in the four federal member states of Southwest, Jubaland, Hirshabelle and Galmudug in Somalia.Lead in the preparation of quality and timely workshop reports, monthly donor reports, outcome reports & EISA board reports on local governance & reconciliation program.Provide key technical assistance to national reconciliation and dialogue processes through dialogue forums, workshops, seminars, and capacity strengthening sessions to assist peace and governance stakeholders in finding constructive and peaceful solutions to local governance issues through support to establishment of district council formation.Coordinate the establishment of district council formation process where voices of civil society’s, women organizations, youth groups and marginalized people are all included in the process.Coordination and management of all related activities including stakeholders’ coordination meetings, community dialogue forums, reconciliation sessions & trauma healing sessions to ensure successful delivery of the project.Work closely with key stakeholders Ministries including Ministry of constitutional affairs (MoCA).
