I have had the pleasure of working with Ibado at NWC @ Amazon with her role in Reception and as a Reception Trainer. Whenever I see Ibado, I cannot help but notice her positive attitude and the smile on her face. Ibado really brings her best self to work and it shows! I would have many trainees reach out to her after their training was complete, this was due to the strong connections she’s made. She see’s their value and helps to build upon their success. The way Ibado carries herself and interacts with people around her is something we all should strive for in the work place. Ibado, takes time to think outside of the box and will continuously use her root cause analysis/process improvement skills to help ensure both our staff, trainees, and key stakeholders have an exceptional experience. She brings her best self to work every day and is present when coaching and mentoring her trainees and does it all with patience and grace. She is a natural born leader who has great work ethics and has a team player attitude that is showcases her collaborative approach with highlighting inclusion and equity.
