I first crossed paths with Ian when he was Sales Director for Waterside Properties, and we had opened discussions for a collaboration with Blue Chip Holidays. Throughout the on-boarding process, Ian kept me well informed of prospective properties that held great potential, and would often accompany me on site visits.
