I worked with a small group of developers to add features and fix bugs in ShopVue, a .NET application that provides visibility and control of the shop floor to manufacturing companies. I pioneered new development of cross platform applications that use an ASP.NET Core back-end connecting to SQL using EF Core and both Xamarin and Angular 7 front-end. In the Systems department of McMaster-Carr I worked on projects to automate cybersecurity monitoring and Windows Server administration. I also developed and integrated a new REST API into the large .NET code base that runs their well respected website, which helped to separate the application dependency on the SQL database as part of a high availability initiative.
