My primary role at Transmit is to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company, it’s processes and the amazing team of people. This applies at both a strategic perspective and on a day-to-day basis. Transmit successfully grew from an initial team of three directors in 2013 to 40 people by 2022. Key achievements: - Continuous improvement of processes to achieve the highest conversion rates across the SUL scheme nationally. - Introduced objectives and key results (OKRs), with all team members using them successfully. - Led on quarterly all-hands team meetings. - Design and implementation of a management structure to support the growth of the company. - Design and implementation of an agile performance management framework, and introduction of a coaching ethos incorporating continuous feedback and recognition. - Designed and ran a development and coaching programme for all company managers. - Implemention of a new CRM system (HubSpot), including website forms, workflows and reporting dashboards, and a customer management platform (Monday). - Played a central role in the introduction of new services/contracts including eLearning (via the Smarta brand), consultancy (via Transmit Consulting) and the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loans Scheme (via Transmit Growth Loans). My role at Transmit Enterprise CIC was to oversee the implementation of the projects being delivered including contracts supported by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and Regional Growth Fund (RGF), as well as the initial roll out of the Poverty Stoplight programme in the UK.

My role focused on the day-to-day management and future direction of Lost My Dog covering all aspects from distribution and retail strategy to A&R. Over the course of 10 years, Lost My Dog grew from a small bedroom hobby into a successful company which is well regarded all around the world in the deep house scene.
