Ian is an excellent CEO. He transformed what was an unruly mess of ill defined goals and messaging floundering in a horribly competitive market space into a streamlined company with a clear direction and firing on all cylinders. His tenacity and grace under fire were a daily inspiration for me. His positive attitude was a force of nature and a beacon when times got tough I would not hesitate to work with Ian again..
