I would like to thank Ian for the excellent help he has provided me with recently. After our high school friendship, talking with him again, this time as an adult in business architecture professional was pleasing, insightful and very, very, VERY relevant. This is, in my opinion, the best quality for a consultant.

Ian is the best boss I ever had. He was not only a fair and professional man but a true leader and mentor. I was most impressed with his true nature, he is not someone who tells you what you want to hear. I would recommend Ian as a boss/leader/mentor/business partner he knows what it takes to get the job done.

Faith Seekings

We first developed a relationship through a mutual client, and clicked, Then Ian and Ken were wonderful at helping me and my team through a re-branding process that was part of a big change for my firm, and therefore scary. I like their casual, hands-on process and it really made a difference to what we would have done on our own.

Harvard Business Review says purpose should drive your business planning. A clear, concise and compelling purpose creates clarity around what business the organization is in and galvanizes its employees around a single inspiring theme. I help companies define their purpose in 7 words or less and then determine how it guides the operations and communications of the organization. The Adopt An Athlete Foundation, now a program of the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), encourages schools to "adopt" athletes that aspire to the Olympics and do fundraisers to help offset their training costs. It teaches the students about the power of one to make a difference in the community and gives the athletes the opportunity to mentor the students on the importance of exercise and good nutrition, and what it takes to excel in any area of their lives. www.adoptanathlete.ca The Adopt An Athlete Foundation, now a program of the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), encourages schools to "adopt" athletes that aspire to the Olympics and do fundraisers to help offset their training costs.
