I reported directly to Ian for upwards of three years while at Hawkeye/Epsilon. There are not enough good things one can say about Ian Beacraft. His depth of knowledge and ability to connect multiple areas of interest make him a dangerous strategist and legitimate thought leader. Ian constantly challenges you to see beyond the brief, expanding the scope to address the actual problem, and not just the stated one. As a manager, Ian went above and beyond his responsibilities to ensure that I was set up for success. It was evident from the start that he truly cared about my growth and progress within the agency.
