Ian worked as a PM for me on the Amey "Migration to Cloud" Programme and was responsible for migrating a large number of servers, from initial provision right through to handover to Service Management. Ian was an excellent member of the team, worked well alongside the other PMs, managed the technical teams well, was reliable and trustworthy. Whilst working for HP Enterprise, both recently and extensively in the past, I have been instrumental in developing a strategic vision for how best to deliver multiple transformative & tactical projects for a diverse selection of clients, including Rolls Royce, Barclays Bank TNT Express, and the Amey Group; managing project teams that include other PMs, BAs, Developers and Testers. Each contract has involved initially undertaking a detailed analysis of the company`s requirements, before providing technical expertise in the planning of how best to address the issues/requirements found. This has meant analysing and defining needs, making recommendations, identifying risks and developing bespoke, technical solutions.I work using Agile development methodologies, to assess available information, including expenditure and compliance data, to support project governance best practice - ensuring all reporting complied with Legal, Regulatory and Corporate governance. Additionally, I have controlled all aspects of resource utilisation/costs; implementing efficiency measures where appropriate to keep expenditure to a minimum, and collaborating with key stakeholders and senior leaders at all times. Following implementation I have led comprehensive workshops and provided thorough supporting documentation to help ensure a full `lessons learnt` closure to each project.
