My role at Illumination was to head up and take responsibility for the 3D / structural department as part of a connected process offer. Working closely alongside other teams - graphics, production and strategy and being integral to the creation of successful design solutions. In addition to the 3D responsibility I was also regularly involved innew business presentations and pitches. As well as assisting with project proposals. My day to day roles included interpreting and developing briefs, managing a small team of designers and external suppliers and ensuring the delivery of high quality work on time for clients such as Orkla, William Grant & Sons, Carlsberg, Lilleborg and Fazer.

Senior Structural Designer

I was initially employed to be part of a two person team but over the course of several years I was instrumental in expanding it into a six strong team of 3D / structural designers of which I was a senior member. During that time I was lucky enough to work on a large collection of very high profile global brands and to be part of every stage of the process; from concepts to the production of a wide range of innovative packs and brand focused products. Brand relationships with Heinz, Stella Artois, Bacardi and Molton Brown being particularly memorable.
