Ian has made a fantastic journey at iZettle! I saw Ian's development from PM to Product Leader at iZettle - going from developing one of iZettle's core propositions (Point of sale) with 2 cross-functional product teams to managing product for iZettle's largest product area (with 120 people from tech, product and design). Ian and I worked closely on a broad range of product leadership questions and Ian's perspectives on strategy, product culture and developing product talent was a big factor in how we took product forward at iZettle. He also introduced and drove many innovative initiatives (both with regards to the product and the organisation) that became gold standards for how we wanted to to things at iZettle. Finally, after many years of working together, I can just add how much I have enjoyed working closely with Ian for all of that time!

As Spotify's "Artist In Residence," I worked with Ian and the team he led over 2 years, successfully building a number of significant product features for artist users. Ian always was a pleasure to work with, possessing a positive attitude and a keen grasp of the technical steps needed to work within an enormous product. I recommend him!

Joined iZettle as an early founding member of the Product team as a PM with the ambition to begin a pivot of the product from payments to commerce. Together we are building a product that attracts, engages and retains a new target group with more complex needs but higher ARPU. This target group grew significantly in 2020 (making up a significant portion of overall revenue) and has become the new Northstar focus for iZettle.
