Ian and his UW colleagues performed a key study for my team at the Department of Licensing in 2021. They took a 13-year-old consultant's report on information architecture and data management, updated it to conform to current best practices, then developed and delivered a simple but significant and practical domain architecture recommendation. I anticipate that their work will be essential to our plans for privacy and data stewardship.
