  Job Role Responsibilities:- Installation of IT equipment into High Street Pharmacies (PMR & EPoS). Installations carried out, in and out of trading hours to minimise pharmacy downtime. Configuration of IT equipment (software and hardware). Maintenance of IT equipment (break fix calls with a monitored SLA). Network Data Cabling (Maintenance and additional point installation). As a field engineer for Positive Solutions I am monitored to ensure I maintained our 90% plus service level agreements of 6 hour response and 8 hour fix. Service penalties could be invoked by our corporate customers in the event of a breach. I am an experienced Field Service Engineer within the IT sector. I am competent at installing and maintaining, scanners, monitors, various printers, customer displays and PC units. I consider myself to be flexible in my approach. When required I will carry out work on site out of trading hours as agreed with the customer.
