I worked with Ian when he was given the task of developing and maintaining RDT's Landscape rating engine in addition to his many other daily tasks. While learning the RDT system can be technically challenging, Ian showed no problems picking up the fundamentals and then quickly building upon these. I cannot recommend Ian highly enough for his aptitude, 'can do' attitude, professionalism and diligence. Ian has always been friendly and professional and I hope that our paths converge again in the future. Ian has an indepth knowledge of the insurance industry and this together with his friendly disposition makes him a fantastic person to work with.
