As part of my Community Development and Youth Work course I was placed at Belvedere Youth Club to provide me with hand on experience working in a youth work environment. I had to appreciate how the organisation was structured and plan on how to facilitate activities that involved such things as cooking, sports, dance, arts & crafts.
