  Brought into the Project to strengthen and advise the Site Electrical Construction team and support Project / Site Management team as they push to accelerate towards the Hot commissioning period.Working closely with the Electrical Construction Manager, I was responsible for establishing the required Electrical installation KPIs and identifying the required daily / weekly actions to ensure we achieve Cable installation, termination and testing activities to support the Key Project Milestone dates. The Project electrical cable and C&I installation were removed from the critical path to synchronisation after which my attentions were turned to mechanical and piping completions on Power island.During both above tasks I was also heavily involved in improvement of EHS issues at site, heading task force teams and drawing together action plans to target key areas of concern.Unit handed over to Commissioning team and synchronised in October 2015 bringing the project back to its original program for completion.
