Worked within the pastoral team at Samuel Ward Academy, the role of the team was to support teachers in discipline and support of students. This was in the form of overseeing behaviour procedures such as exclusion from lessons or main school for set periods of time. It was important to work with all subject teachers and the pupil in order for them to continue their learning whilst being away from the regular lessons to ensure re-admission didn't result in students falling behind in lessons.
