Working on process improvement for 5S, implementation of standard work, using tools such as MDI and KATA.

Write NCMR’s for non-conforming material, audit incoming material, and process materials for re-work or disposition to be returned to the supplier. Complete PPAP’s and review control plans for new suppliers to ensure quality and conformity.

  Handling all incoming material delivered to Club Car, which include standard and Non-standard parts. Performing, audits of incoming materials, gage R&R studies, CPK studies, and Doing First Article Inspections for new vendors, new revisions, and resubmissions of failed FAI’s. Another function of this job is dealing with sourcing and engineering to complete certain tasks for Club Car, most recently completing FAI’s for CNH and the LSV blitz programs.
