  I'm Head of A&R for Moves Recordings, an award winning imprint of the Marathon Music Group. Moves Recordings has a forward looking, global facing A&R policy that seeks out game changing artists who shape playlists- rather than be shaped by them. We have a track record of both predicting and leading trends, whilst signing and developing culturally impactful artists with long term prospects. Over the years our releases have recieved platinum, gold and silver certification from UK, USA and France. Under the banner of Moves we have also folded in various imprints. Currently these include afrobeats imprint Crux Global, based in Ghana, dancehall imprint Garrison Vibes, based in Jamaica, and leftfield dance and RnB imprint AURA based in London. Previous imprints have included the drill and Afroswing tastemakers Finesse Forever, and Irish rap and RnB incubator Trust It Ent.
