The role of the Relationship Manager was to bring a more personal feel to banking at Bank of America and to be the primary point of contact for clients at the bank with whom I had developed a relationship with. I also can be called upon to handle disputes with residents as well as act as a go between with the main Sheraton office and resident complaints or issues.
