      As a Fitness Coach, I led group boot camp style classes for clients of a wide range of fitness levels. I create fun and challenging workouts that provide a total body cardiovascular and resistance workout delivered in 30 minutes. Included were progressions and regression modifications to meet all clients’ needs. I also created and led dynamic and static stretching routines before and after sessions to help improve performance and decrease chance of injury.
