  Born and raised in Hawai'i, Ian moved to Arizona to earn a bachelor's degree in business economics, and later moved to the Netherlands to earn a master's in international economics and business. This knowledge has provided him with invaluable skills that he uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team's listings. Ian has a background in home renovations and large-scale property management, which he worked in for several years in San Diego before moving back home to Hawai'i.
