I am currently at Westfield Compliance and have set up their Quality Management System with regard to 17025 and 17020 compliance and UKAS accreditation. This includes AIMS participation, for which we have gained a zero score and "Good" classification as of Feb 2017. I wrote the internal manual for bulk asbestos analysis, as a clear guide with an aim, not just of satisfying UKAS and ISO 17025, but to enable trainees (both pre and post P401) to fully understand the procedures and theory behind asbestos bulk analysis using PLM. I have developed the electronic quality systems, inlcluding spreadsheets for bulk quality control (QCs, rechecks, re-surveys, audit schedules etc), word documents (audits, analysis input, NCWs etc), databases (equipment & approved suppliers) and Google forms.

Tested and showed technical competence during UKAS visit Nov 2011. Attended P401 annual refresher courses 2009-14. Helped train 2 employees (theory & practical) to P401 standard & in the process wrote an unofficial training booklet to aid this process. Advised Quality Manager on changes & improvements to the Bulk Analysis section of the Quality Manual. Data inputting of surveys. Also spent about 6 months using CAD and Microsoft Visio to draw building diagrams from management and refurbishment/demolition asbestos surveys showing bulk sample & asbestos location, areas not accessed and previous removal works.
