Performing market research, my responsibilities included market segmentation and targeting of our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) contacts, as well as, the lead generation, cold-calling, and final importation of those accounts into HubSpot CRM, in preparation for sales/marketing product/services positioning. In conjunction with these work tasks I completed training and became proficient with “Lead 411” lead generation software, as well as, achieved (4) "HubSpot" CRM certifications in, “Sales Software," "Marketing Software," "Content Marketing," and "Social Media Management." Utilizing these tools, I supported the sales/marketing team in identifying their Ideal Client Profile (ICP), created up-to-date, targeted account marketing lists, fostered lead generation, defined relevant buyer personas, and assisted with social media management, while strategically tailoring all stakeholder content and offer solutions to meeting each customer's challenges and communication preferences based on the stage of the sales process. Possessing a strong, journalistic background, I had the opportunity to demonstrate my advanced writing and editing skills through the creation of various buyer persona-specific, e-mail marketing templates in "HubSpot" for sales, as well as, writing a blog, entitled, "How To Build A List For Account-Based Selling?"
