Invited to become Maintenance Subject Matter Expert on Horizon's TRAX software implementation team. Was responsible for successful implementation of several modules of the comprehensive TRAX software package, including Shop MTX, Reliability Monitoring and Quality Assurance. Implementation took about two years, during which I traveled to Miami to attend a TRAX symposium on optimal use of the product. Provided post implementation support and training to the end users for several months. As a result I am quite familiar with aircraft mtx software tracking and control systems, but very familiar with TRAX in particular.
