Work towards and follow the Global AKZO 2020 strategy in order to achieve personal and corporate KPI targets. Key Accomplishments: Successfully increased profit of territory in my first quarter 2018 finishing on 106% of target versus budget. Delivered a completely new style price increase that changed the industry massively, which transpired into extremely tough discussions and negotiations with all accounts. Despite the above price increase, I consistently exceeded monthly revenue and profit targets from January 2019 to date.
