  since January 2018 I have been part of the phase 3 train mod team. Mainly been the depot liaison between the production team and the phase 3 team. This has generally been office based and also to monitor the progress of the project.

Sent in nightly reports and monitored the test train runs from Walthamstow - Brixton.May 2017, I joined the rest of the team to watch over the 4LM CBTC installation monitoring contractor performance and generally raising issues and concerns on how the new system is being installed.January 2018. I Later found out in may that I had passed the course. monitoring contractor site performance. assessing risks are ALARP. sending daily reports to team leaders. helping contractors in resolving/eradicating problems. looking after the company safety record by pro actively adhering too there safety policies. Undertaking varing roles as Field Engineer. Have all current track certifications in place for the underground from Quaf 54 - ICI. Stratford depot. Oversore the removal and reconstruction of Stratford depot drivers platforms and new track walkway. Monitored the installation of the new bridge to the control tower. Took possession of the depot on numerous occasions. Train based transmission communication project. Monitored staff performance / quality of workmanship. Controlled health and safety on each site.
