Creative, unique, original and inspiring. That's what everyone wants their business to be - well the best place to start is by working with someone who embodies that. Meet Ian Gunner. Gunner takes an amazing background from being a pro skater and a Team GB BMX'er and has used that creativity to produce some of the best content across the media landscape over the last decade. From concepting and managing the largest projects in a business through to stepping up to run one of the worlds largest action sports media companies, Gunner absolutely delivers on all fronts. In terms of a personal relationship, you couldn't hope to meet a nicer chap. He was so well liked at Factory Media his promotion to heading up the business was met with unequivocal support. Often the last out the door each day due to spending as much time as was needed helping and supporting the teams on projects or just planning the next phase of the business, Gunner is not shy of hard work, that's for sure! It was an absolute pleasure to work in the same business as Gunner (and one I hope to repeat in the future), he was responsible for plenty of my own learnings within media over the last couple of years and an inspiration to be around. Couldn't recommend him enough. If you want more info drop me a line.

I consider myself very lucky to have been mentored and managed by Gunner. I can safely say I have learnt my trade from him, and he worked with me in partnership rather than dictated. His attention to detail and ability to translate client needs into creative solutions are second to none. There’s no doubt that his knowledge of every step is what creates these successes. From ideas, to design, production and delivery and every unseen bit in between, he’s always on point. If Gunner is on board, you’re in safe hands. I don’t know anyone who works as hard or cares anywhere near as much as he does about the job he’s doing. I hope I get the chance to work alongside him again in the future.
