Manage the training of over 250 aircrew evaluation flights annually, coordinate and assign tasking for fleet-wide unit stan visits, MH-60T upgrade transition visits, prototype training, Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E), validate and review the H-60 Flight Manual, twelve aircrew syllabi and aeronautical publications for procedural accuracy. Lead H-60 Instructor at the esteemed Advanced Helicopter Rescue School located at Cape Disappointment, in the rugged Northwest Coast of Washington & Oregon.

Conducted and validated 40 airframe prototype evaluations; during the critical transition of the H-60 Fleet, converted legacy maintenance library from the H-60J to the H-60T. MH-60 Enlisted Flight Examiner Board Chairman: qualified 75 personnel totaling over 140 instructor flights. Corrosion Preventive Advocate, head of the corrosion program for the unit’s five aging H-60 helicopters. Collateral Duties: Maintenance supervisor, Primary Quality Assurance Inspector (QA), QA Technical Library Administrator, Rotor Tune operator, and NDI Inspector. Training Petty Officer: scheduled all required training for 75 personnel. Flight Standards Board Member, Senior Watch Captain.

Became competent in the teardown, inspection and rebuild of the airframe, engines, systems and components. Basic Aircrew qualified in 1996 & Flight Mechanic qualified in 1998. More than a dozen outconus deployments maintaining and crewing the helicopter. In 2000 I was qualified as an aircrew instructor, teaching other members the standard procedures of aircrew duties.
